In addition to complimentary placement on our website, we provide guidance on listing your home across leading vacation rental platforms such as VRBO and other high-traffic directories — allowing you to benefit from broader visibility and potential multi-property discounts.
Our company is further promoted through professional affiliations, trusted industry networks, and curated online directories, ensuring your property reaches qualified renters seeking premium accommodations.
Reservations
Our team manages all renter inquiries, responding promptly to calls and emails while guiding prospective renters through the booking process. We coordinate arrivals and ensure each renter has the information they need prior to check-in, including recommendations for local experiences, dining, and services that enhance their stay.
Our goal is to create a seamless and enjoyable rental experience from first inquiry to departure.
Construction Oversight
While you're away during off-season or busy with other projects, let OLL manage a home renovation project for you. With over 30 years of construction management experience, we work with architects and owners to create/finalize design, competitively bid the projects, write contracts and manage the construction, timelines and budget. We pride ourselves in our attention to detail, communication and professionalism, while alleviating the stress that can be experienced by owners during renovation projects.
Book Keeping
We provide detailed monthly accounting statements outlining rental income and itemized expenses incurred on your behalf. Statements are issued at the beginning of each month for the prior month’s activity.
Sales and lodging taxes are remitted on your behalf. While we encourage owners to automate utilities and recurring operating expenses whenever possible, we are also happy to manage these payments as needed. A monthly reserve is maintained to ensure timely handling of property-related expenses.
Housekeeping & Maintenance
We coordinate housekeeping, landscaping, and maintenance services at a level tailored to your preferences. Our priority is to present renters with a clean, well-maintained, and fully functional property that reflects the quality of your investment.
